Located in the heart of the Belgium Quarter of Cologne Germany, the gallery site consists of more than 130qm of interior space, of which 70qm is used primarily for exhibition and performance purposes. Just 50 meters away from the main entrance of St. Michaels Church at Bruesseler Platz, the gallery space was the former studio of the Hamburg born painter, Egon Karl Nicolaus, who painted there from 1965 – 1988. The Belgium Quarter is now one of of Cologne´s most vibrant cultural, artistic and night life scenes.
